I’d focus on my 'weaknesses' and ignore my strengths.

I’d stay quiet, blending into the background, afraid to speak up.

I was stuck in a loop of doubt and self-judgment.

Then I discovered the power of NLP, Coaching, Positive Psychology and Mindfulness. 

My own journey from feeling unseen to stepping fully into my power is the foundation of how I teach and coach today. I've transformed my life and my business using everything that I now teach other people to use.

I also understand the fear, the doubts, and the frustration of trying to learn something new - especially something as deep and transformational as NLP.
