Hi! I'm Sarah.
A multiple business owner, BPS Chartered Occupational Psychologist (205600), and registered member of the HCPC (PYL043764).
Passionate about supporting the next generation of Trainee Occupational Psychologists (TOP) as part of their Stage 2 Qualification in Occupational Psychology. I am also qualified as a member of the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors and a BPS assessor.
My Journey to Chartership...
After just under 20 years of working in corporate businesses within the area of HR Operations (marketing and communications, global mobility, talent engagement, talent development, talent acquisition and more). I left my corporate role to complete my Stage 2 Qualification, finding my own projects, whilst leveraging the opportunity to also grow my business. Over the past 4 years, I have now grown my coaching, training and consulting services into a successful business - The Coaching Corner.
My love for Psychology grew from my A-level days to university, where I studied a BSc (hons) psychology. I then found my absolute passion in Business Psychology, when I studied my MSc Occupational Psychology straight after my degree.
Over the years I have also completed my MA in Human Resource Management to compliment my broader knowledge, 20 years experience and understanding of business strategy and people functions.
What else am I passionate about?
My key areas of expertise and interests are in health, wellbeing, learning, development and motivation and engagement. I am also trained as a Mental Health First Aider, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, NLP trainer, and Master Strengths Coach. As well as being registered as a Certified CPD Provider and Association for Coaching Accredited Organisation.

My Supervision Approach.
What to expect with my supervision?
I have supervised over 150 students as a Lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and Arden University - from degree to MBA level. All my students comment on the support I provide, in addition to the guidance and industry insights.
I am passionate about supporting my students beyond what's expected e.g. with project opportunities, confidence, best practice, coaching and additional mentoring. My approach is very holistic - I care about your results, and I also care about you!
Supervision can either be across a 2, 3 or 4 year period. As per BPS website.

Your Supervision Enquiry
Please complete this form to register your interest. You will be contacted via email to book in an initial discussion to see if we are a good fit before starting the supervision process.
By completing this form you agree to be contacted in the future for supervision and other training opportunities. Supervision is only available for a select number of students each year. Once contract is signed, your monthly payment can be arranged via a secure payment plan. Whilst your payment will remain the same for that year of supervision, prices may be increased annually (for subsequent years) inline with the BPS guidance.
